Hello everyone and welcome to the first of a monthly news Article which will have art that the admin around dA have hand picked.
The idea of this is to get those unknown artists better known.
So I decided I would ask the admin in dA what art they would like to see featured . But there was a catch. Each piece of art had to 50 favs at the very most. Now I realise some of these may have a little more then that now, but at the time it was sent to me it did have 50 or less favs.
I'm sure you dont want to hear me yapping on so Ill just get right into the features, cause that's what your here to see right

I admire ^shebid's talent when it comes to freehanding things. It's one of the many things I wish I was good at. Another thing would be her talent of using gradients. The Sunrise, Ayumi by - ~JimmyLy

I'm begging for this vexel, and this artist in particular, to get more faves. Such attention to detail shouldn't go unnoticed!I'm a gallery moderator for

Talking about images with a visual impact, this photomanipulation can be interpreted in many ways. The red color really adds an interesting feeling to it.Payaso By ~Deino

morning glory By ~alho
^Helewidis -
I was immediately drawn to it by its way of "loose drawing", when I saw its thumbnail in ~alho's gallery. "Morning glory" reminds me of those nights when something went wrong and one can tell it from the next morning's appearance in the mirror... but it can also be taken to the wildest interpretations with stories about that girl and what happened to her... and makes us have questions, too! and that's why I liked it!Opinion By ~philippajudith
^Helewidis -
~philippajudith's gallery is filled with cute comic strips amongst other equally great works, but "Opinion" struck me hard due to its darkness and how well it illustrates a point and how people perceive internet bullies. My congrats!Lucille et son sac By =germaine-en-tongs
^Helewidis -
I've been devwatching =germaine-en-tongs since long ago and I love all of her drawings, but the "patatons" are what made me devwatch her, and so I am very happy to see her doing one of them again after so much time gone. These lil fellas are fluffy and cute and overall very friendly and.. did I mentioned how cute they are? xD Sister's Depression By *
BreakingFree
^Helewidis - "Sister's Depression" by *BreakingFree speaks for itself, really. But if you want to know a lil' more, read the description. As for why I liked it, I can't point an exact reason. I just felt compelled to it.
It's calm and serene, but also sad - and that comes both from the palette of colours used, but from the pose, the clothes and the hairdressing, that reminds me of the victorian times, but also of rapunzel (which also takes me to the sense of being in front of a children's book illustration), that is also a sad story in itself...Ok thats all the features for this months Admins Hand picked Article

The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again. There are neither beginnings nor endings to the turning of the Wheel..
