Works in a series give the artist the ability to show more than just one perspective or emotion in a work. Working in such a way can also allow the artist to show time which can be difficult to show in just one panel.

What you said is true. People give fanart bad name. I especially dislike it when people do exact copies of an already existing image, that its hard to tell the difference. Especially vector fan art.

I hope people will let run wild they're ideas, and to not fear what others might say! ^^
