[link]A recent article that appeared on the Max Dan Win site has had the internet abuzz with the possibility of Meyer being sued. The article seems legit with the name of the Associated Press (AP) appearing in said article.
However upon closer inspection there are problems with the supposed article. Most Associated Press articles have a journalist's name attached to the article itself. The one posted on the site lacks one. Another curious bit is when the name of the article is applied in any search Engine nothing comes up. A curious development indeed.
When contacted the AP has said no such article was written and the one appearing on Max Dan Win is indeed a fake. AP, however, is well aware that people will create false articles using their name to help legitimize it. They also apologized for any confusion it may have caused.
This is another article that is coming in the wave of anti-Twilight articles that seem to be popping up overnight on the internet. Another fake article has also stated that Robert Pattinson, the actor playing Edward Cullen in the Twilight movies, has walked off set and refuses to continue filming for reasons unknown. Upon further inspection this article was also a fake.
There are ways to help verify articles you may come across in your daily jaunt around the internet. Firstly always check the article by searching for other copies around the internet. Secondly, if the article claims to be from an official news source go to the website and check to see if it indeed their article. If there is still confusion ask for the original copy of the article if what you find is a repost of the article.
It is often said not to believe everything you read on the internet. A wise adage, indeed.

I mean, these are only a few things I've seen/read. There's plenty more out there, and there's some disturbing stuff (like girls buying Edward Cullen Brand body glitter for their boyfriends) going on as well.
What's next? A freaking Twilight porn flick?! Seriously. She needs to be stopped.

Seriously, we need to invent a time machine and prevent either Twilight or Stephenie Meyer herself from being born. The world would benefit so much.
