This newsletter was "born" back in March 2007. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. We choose photomanipulations that have made an impression on us from the past week. We do not base our choices on preference or friendships and we have never featured ourselves. We simply pick photomanipulations showing creativity, technique and quality at the same time, and are simply eye-catching. As we are also stock artists, we will only feature the works that give proper credits to stock artists.

ArtRage 3 is finally released! ArtRage is an amazing painting program that acts a LOT like real paint! and the newest version is finally out - and this one has watercolours. And stickers (custom brushes) and is extremely fun and easy to use... and did I mention that the most expensive version is only $80?
This week, we have browsed many galleries in order to bring you some amazing new talent, with picks from the Fractal Gallery over the past week of submissions, and some from the past. We are also adding a few new items to our weekly feature. First, we added a Resource Corner to give some much needed pimpage to a few awesome resources and their creators! We have added a Parameter Corner for Artists who make deviations and share those parameters with the community. In addition (we have been busy this week), we are adding the GD Picks. This feature is for our favorite GDs (^cmptrwhz and ^Platinus ) to offer their favorite picks for the week. YAY!!

Hey, by the way, just curious, I've been meaning to ask, did you and `Sophquest made some sort of arrangement for you to make these? It's just now that I think about it, I haven't seen a Fractal Friday from her in ages
One day, Laurengary and myself got to talking about how much we missed Fractal Friday, so we decided to take it on and do them once again. We know how much the community enjoyed them, and so did we.....so we started to pick up where Sophie left off. I never spoke to her about it, but I am certain she would approve. Sophie has taken some time off to be with her family so she left us as GD a while back. ss

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
