''As this year comes to a close, we can look back and see that 2009 was a big year for typography. We saw more web designs with a focus on type, and there were some pretty amazing fonts released. Here are some of the best free fonts from this past year. A few of the fonts below were released at the end of 2008, but since they didnt see much action until this year, I included them in the list.''

I have finally finished putting together the Digital (Manipulation) News Articles!!!!
This has been a very long process, as you can imagine since Manips are my biggest collection as well as the biggest category on DA. Now my purpose was to showcase many and varied works in each Category, both very well known Artists on DA and others that deserve far more recognition.
The works shown in each Article are split into the subcategories specified by DA, and the Artist themself has put the work into this category.
I have also been through my entire Manips Fav Gallery and visited most of your Galleries in the last weeks/month to pick my Favs of your wonderful, creative and beautiful artworks. So anyhoo... I hope you enjoy, this the 3rd of my Manip Articles ~ Women in Art Digital (Photomanipulation Fantasy)

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
