Been curious as to when Southern California was going to plan a meet? Well, there's been one in the works for awhile, and anyone who's a deviant is invited!

The plan's been set, Saturday July 13, 2002, at 11:00am PST deviantART is invading Southern California's Magic Mountain. Confirmed attendees so far are:

We chose Magic Mountain because it's not that far from everyone, and because it's a big enough place for all of us to get together and not feel stuck to one another. I know that it seems kind of early for a Saturday but that's partially why we chose it, why cut the day short by starting late? That and Magic Mountain isn't going to be exactly empty on a Saturday afternoon in the summer. Entrance fee is around $50 so make sure you've got enough to get in, yes it's pricey but it'll be worth it! Please do me a favor so that I know who's attending and send me a note no later than 12:00am July 13, 2002 to let me know that you're going to be there, it's going to be a little bit like a school field trip with a list so that I know how many people to expect. We're all meeting in the open area outside the main entrance to the park, we'll wait until 11:30am for everyone to show up and then we're going to get lost in the crowds so try your hardest to be on time!

Grab some sunscreen and a ride and get your buns to Six Flags!
