For those of you who use Firefox as your browser of choice have you ever
accidentally blocked an image server? I know I have

it's really easy to accidentally do that! For those of you that haven't done this before or may not even know how it happens I'll explain.

If you ever notice that random thumbnails in galleries and in browse have a grayed out dA thumb you'll want to make sure that the server these thumbnails come from have not been blocked. It is really an easy thing to do. When right clicking images you see a display menu of different actions you can do one of which is the ability to "Set as Desktop Background" which comes in handy if you like a wallpaper or a particular image and want it as your background. What lays below the Desktop Background button is the EVIL sever blocking button of doooom! Directly underneath the "Set as Desktop Background" text is a text that says " Block Images from (url of the server that particular image is on)". If you were to click on this, it would tell Firefox to prevent you from viewing any image on that particular server.
Well what do you do if this every happens to you or better yet how do you even check to see if this has already happened to you. Immediately upon click on the "Block Images from" text it will pop up a yellow bar at the top of your window asking if you want to undo your action. If you didn't notice this bar you can still undo your action by going to Tools>Options>Content and you'll see text that states "Load images automatically. Directly across from this text click on "Exceptions". This will show you a list of severs and their status as to whether they are disabled or not. All you need to do is locate any deviantART servers, select the servers, and click remove site to remove them from the disabled list. Some deviantART servers include
[link] for avatars and
[link] or
[link] (there are various numbers but all start with either th or fc).

Happy day, happy Deviants.

So you got a notice in your message centre that someone added your artwork to their favourites or a collection, but you deleted the notice. How can you know who faved what?
FAQ #11: Is there a way to see which deviants have added my deviation submission to their favourites?Simply visit your deviations, and in the deviation info area you'll see a field called "Favourites & Collections" with a number beside it indicating how many there are. Next to the number is a link that says "who?"
Clicking this who-link will bring up a pop-up window with a list of users who either faved or collected the deviation, along with the date of their action.
Easy and spifftastic!

While a lot of artists upload their source files ready for print, there are many who choose to use the
Adjust Image Tool when submitting their prints. For some this tool seems to do more harm then good at times and there may be some confusion surrounding exactly how it works

For example, we often get inquiries asking why their image shows a border when the file they submitted did not have one. This is usually a result of a mistake while using the cropping tool.
I wanted to take this time to point out an excellent FAQ that explains in depth how to use the Adjust Image Tool. Please take a moment to read it, even if you already understand it as there may be something you did not know about the options.
FAQ #877: How do I use the Adjust Image tool? And I close with my usual, if you should have any questions regarding prints please submit inquiries directly to the Prints Help Desk by submitting a
Prints Customer Service Ticket as this will ensure the most timely response.
Thank you

I don't have anything inadverently blocked at all. I would have to clear the browser cache if I cannot properly load full-sized deviations and refresh the image.

Ooh, a note about FAQ 52:
Because we can customize the modules on our Profile Pages, some people have Public Wishlists but do not have them displayed (i.e. @scarletwave, lol).
I just ran into this issue yesterday.
Maybe you can add a note in the FAQ 52 about checking Recipient'sUsername.deviantart.com/Wishlist if a wishlist module can't be found on the person's Profile Page?
