So many amazing things are all around us every single day. We just forget they are there. It's been scientifically proven that laughter is amazingly good for you.
I made a mistake once at a water park with a friend and I was a little upset and sitting on a beach chair thinking about it when a little boy who looked about two to three-years-old and I've never seen in my life came up to me and hugged me, laughing with a huge smile. That made my day and I started laughing uncontrollably along with the little boy. =]
