Think you can tell a good story? Can you craft a tale so riveting, you're reader can't put it down? Well, now's your time to prove it!

The contest will be judged on the first of August, so you will have the whole summer to write a story of any length from 100 words to novel length. The entries will be judged by my "staff" and I, and it will be judged on six categories.

4. Degree of Difficulty

Lengths

There will be winners for short, medium, and long lengths as well as a grand prize. And participants are allowed one entry in each category. Short would be any piece under 5,000 words. Medium is categorized as 5,001 to 25,000. And long is 25,001 plus.

Rules and Regulations

All entries must tell a story, ie they must include a distinctive plot and characters.
All entries must be the original work of the entrant. Plagiarism will not be tolerated.
Entries must be unpublished. Individual cases may be waved for self publishing.
No pornography. No entries should be more than R rated. No X, people.
Deviations must be posted after the 3rd of May and before the 1st of August, US eastern time.
