=Artistic-Maneuvers as a community features different art from the community on a weekly basis. In order to include the vast array of art and artists this week we decided it would be best to make it a news feature. This serves two purposes. We get to feature some new, little known and even some of the well known artists of the community as well as make an announcement about the group as well. But that announcement will be after the features...We will try to break these up a bit since there are so many. But this is just a small sample of what you can find when you search a single word.






There are so many different ways to express a single emotion and with so many different emotions, the possibilities are endless...





Even the animals have found a way to express themselves. Some with a little help from the world of digital manipulation....




The photography section is full of emotion in so many forms. The expressions in some are priceless...





Even artistic nudes and fetish photography captures some amazing emotion...





Emotion can be found in all the galleries if you are willing to look for it.





By far the most expressive gallery was indeed the resource gallery. The range of emotions that the dA stock providers have captured are vast and impressive. Be sure to thank a stocker for all the hard work the put into creating stock for us all to use...







We were even pleased to find some emotion stashed away in the Artisan Crafts gallery. There are some real jewels to be found in there. Everything from plushies to jewelry and everything in between. It shows that art truly is an expression of art no matter the form. If you have not browsed the artisan crafts gallery please take a minute to check them out Textiles, woodworking, costumes, sculptures and more. You may be quite surprised what you find there...








Wallpapers and Icons are a great place to find expression too...




Traditional Art as well as the many forms of digital art can hold many different expressions as well. We even found some really good fan art that was full of exactly what we are hoping to find more of in the dA galleries



Then again we go to the photography gallery, the faces of the kids are a sure place to find true raw emotion. Many of us have a few of our own tha we consider our favorites and perhaps you have seen one or two maybe even more of these and perhaps one of these will be a new favorite...Just think, this is where it all starts on this young and innocent faces...

This is the announcement of our first contest in the making, This contest will be open to all members of dA. All genres and all mediums. We are still working on details and trying to round up prizes but we wanted to share the basics with you here...

Contest Theme: EXPRESSIONS
We want to see everyone express the common emotions and the not so common emotions boldly.
We are still in the early planning stages of this and will be updating our journal with all the details. So keep your eyes open and get prepared. If you can contribute a prize, please drop us a note. We hope to launch the contest very shortly and want to see all the expressions that the deviants can muster.
