Theme

As you can probably tell from the title, the theme is Spring. Anything to do with spring or easter. It could be flowers, chicks, new born lambs or even chocolate. However, there is a twist in this contest. You have to use the wrong colours. Yes, you heard me, the WRONG colours...

For example, the sun is yellow, yes?? Well, not any more. If you chose to include the sun you would have to colour it something like brown or blue or green... understand so far?? Good.

Rules

-> It can be any type of media. Be creative! It can be traditional, digital, a fashion design, pixel art, photography or even poetry or prose.

-> You must stick to the theme - spring time with the wrong colours... (see above)

-> No mature content please. I want this to be suitable for ALL aged. That means no blood, nude or violence.

-> Up to 3 enteries per person.

-> As always, it MUST be your own work.

-> Your entry doesn't have to be submitted after the start of this contest, but it would be lovely if it was.

-> If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Deadline and how to submit

The deadline for this contest is the 20th May 2009. The deadline can be extended if you need more time.

Note: Sorry that there aren't many. I can't afford anything and my artwork isn't that great... If you could help me with the prizes i would be VERY greatful. It could be anything from a sketch or a feature to a subscription...

Marking Scheme

This is how the enteries will be marked...

-> 10 points for use of colour
-> 10 points for how well it fits the theme
-> 10 points for originality
-> 10 points for the quality of the entry

All the judges will score all the enteries and the one with the highest average mark will win!
