Most important details are:
-Cat ears
-A big yellow rattle
-Pink sleeveless japanese shirt
-Blue pigtails

Rules about the entry:
-Of course, it must be a DRAWING.
-It must be colored, even only base colors.
-You can draw in any stly of art:Anime, Chibi, Cartoon, Realistic, etc...
-It CAN'T be black and white
-No background needed, though I prefer stuff with backgrounds
-You can draw her evil, sad, happy, cute, flirty, etc...
-Please, draw ONLY Loopie, don't draw any other character.
-No nudity, Hentai, ecchi, yuri, etc, please.o_O
-You can draw more than one entry.

Judging
It'll be judged like this:
VOTES. That's it.
Every entrie will start with a 0.
I will give 10 points to the entry I think should win the 1st prize, 8 points for the one I think that should win the 2nd, 6 points to the 3rd and 4 points to the 4st.
Watchers can vote, noting me. It's going to be a secret!D:< Watchers should vote the entry they think that wins the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4st prize. Watchers' votes count like this: 1st-5 points, 2nd-4 points, 3rd-3 points, 4st-2 points
Non-watchers CAN'T vote. Only watchers that watch me since March 2009 or before. I'll be sure that this isn't unfair then. Just to be sure that my friends want to help me, not help their friends.
The winner is the one that gets more points.
The 2nd best results, wins the second place, etc...
NOTE-Contestants MUST vote, but they CAN'T vote for theirselves for ANY prize. Contestants votes will count as watchers votes.
