8. Tag your items correctly! Make sure you include your shop name in tags, if you become popular, people may just type in your shop name into the search button. Make sure you type in popular materials you used. Make sure you type in things that might draw certain people to your item, like punk, retro, americana, vintage, rock-a-billy, kawaii, so on and so forth.

9. Be Active! Make sure you are active, don't forget to put a link to your ETSY shop in each and every journal you write here on DeviantArt. Also, be consistent, if you want to run an ETSY shop you need at least a few new items each month, the more consistent you are, the more likely you are to sell more items. Remember running a internet business is hard work. Your items will not sell if you just put them up and just wait for them to sell.
