Welcome to the weekly Help Desk Updates. In these weekly updates we will attempt to bring you the most up to date news concerning the Help Desk & FAQ, as well as provide some helpful hints for super duper deviantART fun.
Important Notice: 
We will be closed Monday, May 25th in honor of Memorial Day.
We will return to normal operation on Tuesday, May 26th.
Ewm's Corner 
Have you ever experienced a moment where you were unable to think of your password

and then by some happy accident several moments. minutes.. or hours later you thankfully remember your password? It sure is a terrifying thought isn't it?
In order to make sure you never get locked out of your account because you have forgotten your password you should make sure that your email linked to your account is always up to date. You can find out what email is attached to your account by going to your
Edit Settings page. On the main Edit Settings page you should see a box at the top titled "Personal Information". The email listed in this section is the email address linked with your account and any important emails that need to be sent to you will be sent there. Please note this email is not connected with the email address you have listed on your profile page.
If for some unforeseen circumstance you forget your password, you can simply click on the lost password button in the header area of the site in order to receive a
lost password email. This email will be sent to the email address linked to your account.
But wait! What if you forgot to update your email. will your account be lost forever?! If you have
forgotten to update your email address, you can still get help. To receive help in this situation you will need to contact the Help Desk via help@deviantart.com

Oh dear. What's the trouble in Happytown?
What happened to the Random Deviant/Deviation links? I used to enjoy using them to discover new artwork and now they are GONE!Never fear, Happy Deviants, for the Random links are in fact easier to use than ever. You can find them in a couple places now, including the Footer area on many pages throughout the site:
FAQ #46: How do I use the Community Footer found on main deviantART pages?They can also be found in the More menu which is near the top of nearly every page on the site. Just click the More button, then choose Diversions, and you'll find links to both Random Deviants and Random Deviations.
If you like them enough, you can even drag-and-drop those links to the main taskbar next to the More button for always-easy access.

While I touch on many prints topics to try and help make your deviantART prints experience a better one, I have neglected to make sure I touch on the base of the it; the Prints Help and FAQ

Most all of the information you need to make your prints experience easier can be found here but we have noticed some do not seem to be able to find this area and as a result their inquiries are sent to the incorrect department which can result in delays for a response. The information in our FAQ could save you from having to submit a ticket as well as giving you the correct steps to take in case you cannot find the information you are looking for, both of which could save you time and frustration

[link]Under the ' Help with... ' list to the left there is a ' prints service ' link which will take you to the page as well.
Even if you feel you understand the prints program stop by the FAQ page and take a look as you never know you may learn something new to help you out

If you should have any questions regarding prints please submit inquiries directly to the Prints Help Desk by submitting a Prints Customer Service Ticket as this will ensure the most timely response.

and milk! Rectangles - TO AN OPTOMETRIST!!! The man with the golden eyeball...
So as i think there should be 1 month and 3 months subscriptions with automatic billing and 1 m/3 m/1 year prepaid packages? At least that's what i understand reading the FAQ.
But when i want to buy my subscription only 3 of these 5 options are listed. I can only choose 1/3 months with automatic billing and 1 year prepaid package. I wanted to buy 3 months prepaid package but there was no option for that. Why is that?
In order to test the premium account i bough the 3 months billed option and canceled the re-billing. Why i don't see the package options for 1/3 months?
