July 11th is National Cow Appreciation Day, and so in honor of this most worthy event, bovine lovers everywhere are called to participate in a contest of cowish proportions. This cow themed contest is open to all submissions: art, poetry/prose, photography, and others.
Contest rules and regulations: Entries will not be judged categorically. One grand prize winner will be selected from all submissions with two honorable mentions following in their legacy. All entries must be based around the theme of cows. Are you an artist? Then get out your black and white brushes and get to it. Can't draw? Write up an inspirational piece of poetry or prose depicting our herbivorious friends in all their glory. Feeling adventurous enough to climb over Billybob's electric fence and snap a shot of Ol' Bessie? Send it over for our photography collection. How about cosplay - plushies - a documentary of your vegetarian lent in honor of all that cows do for you?! In short: let's hope for a wide diversity of submissions. No more than two entries allowed per user. Contest ends July 11th.
