The Community here at deviantART is the pride of Fella, & Fella is at the heart & soul of the Community. This Contest is to celebrate both, the Community as a whole, & our beloved mascot, Fella. Your goal is to create a Complete Journal CSS for me to use. This will be my official personal Journal. From time to time, I change my CSS to help pimp those who make these fun things for us all to use, but I'm looking for one I can call "my home".
If you'd like to pitch in any Prizes of any kind, please send me a note at `
2dazed, & I'll add you to the Prize list.
Everyone who donates a Prize, will also get a journal feature as a special thank you. Everyone who enters, whether or not you win, you will still get a journal feature.
Your Mission - should you accept
Keep in mind that this is not to say that I'am Fella's Pride. This Journal CSS is about the Community. There are two different ways you can go with this, but it's not necessary. Feel free to go with what you feel. Your way just might be the one that best portrays the message.
1) Fella Dogg - If you'd like to do this one, then the colors should be light gray, white, & black. Fella should have a pimp cane that sparkles with Deviants, like diamonds or stars, just so long as it's not diamonds or stars & more like Deviants. Go with your gut. They should be in the Header. In the Footer, there should be a pimp cup that sparkles also, but this one can be with diamonds. On the cup it should say written in diamonds "Suggest DD's".
2) Shaman Fella - If you'd like to do this one, the colors should be dark blue, plumb, beige, olive green, black, & white. Fella should be in the Header with a staff that has a jewel at the top, & shines with rays that say dA. The staff itself should sparkle with Deviants, more in a magic way. In the Footer, I'd like to see magic & a group of Deviants with sparkles around them, & a small icon above their head that symbolizes the Art they create.
Remember though, if you think of one that's different from these, but still fits the theme, please go for it.

Important Infos

2dazedGuidelines For The Contest
1) This Contest must be mentioned in the deviation description, along with a link to this article.
2) Your entry must be new, & made specifically for this Contest.
3) Your entry must be a Complete Journal CSS. Meaning, it must be ready to use if chosen as the winning entry. Graphics must be provided, as well as the the HTML & CSS codes. It's ok if I have to host the images myself, just so long as they're provided.
4) All Stocks & Resources must be listed giving credit, & links must be provided.
5) Since this will be for my own personal use only, please do not upload the file for others to download. If your entry is chosen, you can send it to me via email.
6) You can enter as many times as you like, but it must be uploaded to
deviantART Related > Journal CSS > Journal Designs.
Even though you are making a Complete Journal CSS, it goes under Journal Designs since you will not be uploading the file for download.7) If your design is not chosen as the winning piece, but you would still like for me to use it, I would very much love to. You can email the file to me once the Contest is over.
2dazed@volunteers.deviantart.com8) There will be only one Winner.
9) Since this is about pimping the Community as a whole, please do not put my name anywhere on the Journal.
