Works in a series give the artist the ability to show more than just one perspective or emotion in a work. Working in such a way can also allow the artist to show time which can be difficult to show in just one panel.

June is National Rose Month. Roses are such a beautiful subject for art, and in honour of Rose Month, I'd like to share some of my favourite rose pictures...

Roses, depending on what colour you give, send certain messages:
Red: Love, passion, romance
Orange: Passion and desire
Yellow: Friendship
White: Purity and innocence
Pink: Admiration, appreciation
Purple: Enchantment
