May saw a site-wide slump in traffic across the whole of the Internet as many younger users found themselves in the cusp of finals and pre-summer preparations. However, the *color-me-club bunked the trend, as the pre-summer month didn't prevent a new record number of page hits and lineart submissions.

Most noticeable from May was the kickstart of the *color-me-club's first ever charity contest. For every entry received, the *color-me-club is donating to the Do1Thing.org website. Helping spread the word, tell the stories, and give a face to young men and women born into poverty, Do1Thing asks us all...to just do one thing to help out. The *color-me-club will actually be doing two things; two dollars to be more precise. For every entry received in the contest, two dollars will be donated to the Do1Thing.org charity.

While a moderate number of lineart contestants were received, a massive number of color versions have already been entered into the June color portion of the contest. Yet amidst the activity about the contest, it didn't stop our members from bombarding the club's gallery with their own artwork.
