October 14, 2009, the 30th annual awards ceremony of the W. Eugene Smith Memorial Fund took place at the Asia Society in New York City. Lu Guang (卢广 from Peoples Republic of China won the $30,000 W. Eugene Smith Grant in Humanistic Photography for his documentary project ollution in China.
Well I guess you've noted it too, how the women portrait are in a landsliding majority here. And I've seen so many news article featuring ladies ladies ladies. So I guessed it was the time to feature the gentlemen.
