Artists join deviantART to share their art and appreciate others. Due to the many artists out there, its easy to get towed under and generally obscured from the public.
Make a Difference aims to do exactly that. As there are a lot of writers who, I feel, are more underappreciated than other types of artists, Ive decided to deviate from the weekly articles made. Instead, Intense Lit will become a series within a series of articles that will hopefully make a difference to you as well as the artists featured fortnightly. Just by giving one minute of your time to write constructive comments, favourites and even watches will make a difference to these artists.

warrants more recognition and a wider audience for her profound literature. Both her poetry and prose immediately draw you in.
An extract from Bullets"Do you like the feeling of power
As you walk down littered streets?
Do you like seeing civilian blood flower
The bodies beneath bloody sheets?"
An extract from chimneys falling apart"This is for the uncertainty, the open doors, the possibilities
For secret daydreams, wishes, hopes, almost-rock-solid beliefs built on guesswork foundations"
An extract from Delusional Desensitisation"Itll all look the same, from the outside
But I know that it wont be, not to you, not to anyone else
Ill no longer be the quirky individual, the sweet everyday girl, your very own
Ill be the whack job who caught the cliff edge just before she hit the bottom, too scared to let go... "

I'm not sure that my work really appeals to the general audience or not. I see views on each one, but nothing saying it was good, bad, or just okay.~
Iroken definitely needs more comments on his poetry. His creativity spans out immensely as he challenges the many aspects of this world
An extract from The Last Moment"Pulsating
Can you feel the beating of the heart
Beneath his tattered skin?"
An extract from Everlasting"...But I can't stop crying.
It's hurting me so much.
I can't go back and forgive myself.
Not anymore."
An extract from Discriminatory Insanity "We're supposed to live together in harmony.
Wasn't the goal world peace?
How in hell do you accomplish it
By ignoring someone who's different than you?"

deserves further readers and constructive criticism for her potently structured and phrased poetry and prose.
An extract from In a Moment"The moment I realized I loved him wasn't glorious, it wasnt beautiful, it wasn't blissful or gentle. In fact, the moment I realized I loved him was a moment that hurt more than any other moment I had ever experienced before. It was brutal, and cruel, and harsh, and ugly, a slap in the face."
An extract from Ponderings of a Lovesick Fool"Hope.
Like the swelling of a balloon with air,
Or the shining of the sun."
An extract from Ocean"Stand before the waves;
Nothing is so beautiful;
I refuse to leave."
