Artist Motif

Welcome to the first of many articles featuring the users of dAmn based on unique Artist Motifs!

****How it works:****

We will give you a word or phrase (see end of article for this week's phrase).

Join a chatroom on the deviantART Message Network (dAmn), open fellow chatters galleries, and start browsing!

When you find a deviation in a fellow chatters gallery that fully represents our word/phrase tell them the following in the chatroom: "You've just been spotted by Artist Motif!" and they must reply with "(insert weekly word or phrase)" If they don't reply with the correct word/phrase it doesn't count, however it would be a good chance to point them to the article and perhaps they can play next week!

Your next step is to send a note to @karyaazure with the Subject: Artist Motif and in the body of the note copy both phrases above (including usernames - similar to a dAmnIt quote), what chatroom you were in, and ,of course, a link to the deviation.

For example: If the phrase was "Digital Thumb" your note would look like this...

Body:

Please note failure to follow these rules exactly will result in your note being ignored.

****The featured Article****

The first 15 notes received that are 1. properly submitted and 2. fully represent the word/phrase will be featured in our next article and this article will be featured in the topic of #devart for all other users to see!

As a bonus we will keep track of both who the deviation artist is and who sent in the Artist Motif note for each article round. At the end of each phase we will submit a special news article highlighting who submitted the most *accepted* notes and who created the most *accepted* deviations (We will also highlight which chatroom was most featured just for fun).

There may even be a prize for these two winners! Either way these articles will be on display in the general chatroom #devart for all to see!

At the end of each article we will tell you the next Motif to spot for the next round.
