Welcome to this weeks volume of so we heard you liek emotes. This is the 37th volume in a weekly series aimed towards promoting emote and emoticonists from the dA community. Featured Emoticons:
1.

Im sure by just watching Power miscat handling by `
LeoLeonardo you can clearly see why I chose to feature it. No detail has been spared in the pixelling or animation to create a stunning piece of artwork.
2.

Sandcastle by =
ManiacalMuffin is another brilliant emote submitted this week. The design and creation of the sandcastle is stunning and it;s both cute and amusing to see what each little emoticon does.
3.

:kissforehead: by ~
JauntyBot is an all round adorable emote. The shading is great and the animation is smooth throughout to make a cute and usable emote.
4.

Sometimes the most random ideas make the best emotes. I cant look at :gnomethief: by =
TheBigBadFish and not giggle as the great choice of expression combined with such an amusing idea makes a brilliant emoticon.
5.

Theres something about :angelic: by *
RejektedAngel that really appeals to me. The expression works perfectly and the halo and wings are both nice additions. The clouds add to the emote to make an all round cute and brilliant emoticon

Legend Revamp
Last week I launched a proposed plan for updating the emoticon legend and set a deadline of today for the suggestions. However $
eStunt decided to plough ahead with the changes earlier than expected, which has meant they were all completed before the deadline closed. I apologise for this, but it changed out of my control, and on the positive side, it meant we had the emote changes even earlier. We also had over the expected number altered or added

You can find a complete list of the changes in
this news article along with some of the explanations as to why some much loved emotes unfortunately had to be removed.
Its at this point that I ask you respect all the emotes that added to the legend. Each one is someones work and even if you dont approve of the change, its unfair to act negatively towards an emote just because its not the original. It will take is all time to adjust, but this change has been a positive one overall.
I am also happy to announce we have a number of new emote seniors within the community. Each and every one has positively affected our community and its great to see them awarded with seniorship. Personally I feel a lot of them were long overdue, so its nice to see them all receive it, especially on such an occasion. A full list of the new seniors can also be found in
the news article and a list of all the seniors on dA over at ~

Featured Stamps

Think your life sucks? A man was nailed through his hands and feet onto a tree. Before that he was whipped and wore a crown of thorns. He committed no crime, but his blood was used to pay for our sins. His name was Jesus Christ.
