Spears' Twitter page was also hacked, and a message appeared saying that "Britney has passed today. It is a sad day for everyone. More news to follow." The message was quickly removed and a new one appeared, claiming Spears was "fine and dandy, spending a quiet day relaxing at home."
Cyrus' Twitter was also hacked, and was then suspended due to "strange activity." It was restored shortly after.
Yet another false report was posted recently, saying that the 66-year-old actor was found murdered on a yacht. Ford was last seen yesterday on the set of Morning Glory and is alive and well.
