Judging takes place on the second to last day of every month. Deadline is JULY 30th at 11:59 PST. (Find Your Timezone!) The deadline means that the note must be in my inbox before that time.
This Contests Theme is:

Use your imagination!
Here are the rules:
- You can use old line art, or work for this contest, as long as some element of it is created for this contest. But put a little effort into it!
- The work must be Manga/Anime styled, and submitted into the Manga/Anime category. Not the Fan Art gallery or the Cartoon and Comics gallery, the Manga/Anime gallery. If it is not I will let you know that it is not in the correct gallery. I will still collect your piece though and come judging time if it is not in the correct gallery it will not be entered into the judging.
- The work must reflect the theme in some way.
- All entries must obey all of DeviantART policies to the letter! No mature content, please. This is open to everyone, so your entry should be viewable by everyone.
- The work must be your own. If we find out you stole it, I will rain such wrath on you that your head will spin!
- Send a note to `Damaged927 with the subject "Contest Entry" and with a link to your submission. If you make a comment somewhere on my page (or more importantly, this news article) I might miss your entry. So please, send a note
- No fan-arts, please. The character you use must be your own not someone Else's. This means you can not use a commercial character (I.E. Naruto) and you can not use your friends character. They must be your own creation.
- The deviation's description must mention the contest. Once again, I will let you know if there is no mention of the contest in the reply to your note thanking you for the entry. If come judging time there is no mention of the contest you will not be entered into the judging.
- The work must be 100% completed by YOU. No collaborations or colouring of anothers line-art will be accepted as an entry. Use of resources (stock, brushes etc etc) is allowed.
- You can make a short manga/comic page if you like. After all, this is the Manga/Anime repeating contest.
- You can enter as many times as you like, but remember, its not how many times you enter, its the quality of the entries.
- You can not win contests back to back. So if you won in, let's say, July you could not win in August.
- Your entry can be either traditional or digital. This contest is for the entire Manga and Anime gallery.
- Your entry can be animated
There will only be a first place winner, as these are small contests. The prize will be a 3 month subscription to DeviantART. Judging will be done by `Damaged927. I will be looking at not only technical skills, but how well you used the theme, and creativity. So have at it!
