Acho que a maioria são de jogos, mas de certeza sem qualquer permissão para os expor ali! Hoje em dia prolifera cada vez mais este tipo de situações! Infelizmente os artistas não conseguem o devido respeito na internet, compreendo bem alguns amigos que se recusam a apresentar trabalhos por este meio devido a estas situações crescentes!
Eu mesma já passei algumas vezes por tal e não é nada agradável!
Fazes bem em divulgar casos assim! ^^

Em relação aos trabalhos que vi nesse site, foi por mero acaso, pois uma pessoa, por norma não tem acesso a um directório de página como ao link que divulguei, tava a pesquisar imagens no novo motor de busca da microsoft, o Bing, e cliquei em uma imagem que me deu acesso a isso, e achei deveras estranho estar lá a dizer deviantart.com, reparei que os trabalhos são na maioria de 2004, e reparei que são de deviants diferentes, ate contactei com dois, e ambos disseram que não havia problema, mas nem referiram conhecer ou não, penso que o factor de serem trabalhos antigos teve algum valor nisso. Mas também concordo que deveria de haver consentimento para haver essa divulgação. Este tipo de coisas são muito frequentes, e no minimo inaceitaveis. O que fiz foi mesmo expor como uma duvida, porque não quero levantar discussões sem ter a moral de total conhecimento. Mas concordo contigo, este tipo de situações tem que ser mesmo expostas!

hello Glen! I did a search in DA, with the names of the files in that directory, and i realize that all of the work, most of them, were made in 2004, and there is no association with the artist, beside some of the works that contain the name. i did contact with two deviants, and both of them didn't show any kind of worries about that, don't know the opinions of others, because they are many works of many deviants, thats why i expose this situation as an doubt. hope this kind of things don't continue, but the most important thing is that it is necessary the owner of the work give his permission. I will try to make a list of the works, and also the link of them in DA...

I did a search in several works in that list, and realize that they are not from the same artist... and there is no mention of the artist, beside some of them containing the name... And yes, people are weird!

Yes,permission is a big point!I know this person asked me to let her class use over three hundred of my photo's for background colors!!She said that I would get the creditation!!I wouldn't just give someone the use of over three hundred photo's and let them do as they want!~God bless my friend Leandro!!
