Competition Time - Urban Legends

reports, July 13I love to be spoilt I admit it! I am going to run a Halloween competition, this year I want it to be ANY medium that you choose. Go with an Urban Legend and create me something spooky!
Rules?
1. Must centre on an urban legend, if you need to understand what they are then go to Wikipedia
2. Adult content is okay but NOT sexual, it's Halloween I wanna be scared not spiced up
3. Any medium is fine and any number of entries is fine. I will open a poll but it will not be the definitive result. I do not favour my friends, I favour art. I hope that makes sense.
4. Closing date is going to be October 31st, results gathering will come and November 24th will be results.
Send your entry in a note - title it URBAN LEGEND
Prizes? 3 months to the first place, 1 month to two second places... I can't afford massive amounts but I will try and reward as much as I can.
So is that enough warning? HAHAHA
