It took me half the summer to write this book, but it is finally in print. The title is Foundation Dreamweaver MX and in my part of the book, I take you through PHP and MySQL from the very beginning. The entire book is very well done and teaches you how to make simple webpages then proceeds to the highly advanced processes such as dynamic content. If you are at all interested in how deviantART works, you should go check out the book or atleast borrow it from a friend.
