So, on August 7th we'll all be celebrating deviantART.com's 9th birthday. And what greater way to celebrate than organising a party for fella (the dA mascot), and as part of this party comes our photography contest.

For this contest we ask deviants to get imaginative with one of the most notable birthday aesthetics, balloons.

Theme:

Birthday themed photograph which includes at least one balloon.

Rules:

The Photograph must include at least one balloon.

The Photograph must somehow imply a birthday of some sort.

Only one entry per deviant.

All photography types accepted, from artistic nudes to street photography.

Photo-manipulations are not accepted as they don't fall under the photography gallery.

Old/New deviations accepted, though old deviations need to be moved to the contest gallery.

The entry must be submitted to Contests > 2009 > deviantART 9th Birthday > Balloon Photography Contest.

You have just over one month to enter, starting from Monday 3rd August 2009 and closing at Midnight GMT on Monday 7th September 2009. To see a live clock of the closing date and time please visit our Countdown Timer.
