Renegade Writers Literary Magazine is now accepting submissions of poetry, prose, photography, and artwork for its first issue. Suggested theme for submissions is "World Peace" but it is <u>not</u> required. Artists retain copyrights to their work (see policies).

Renegade Writers Literary Magazine is, in short, dedicated to bringing to light the various and diversified voices of contemporary writers and artists struggling over modern issues from war to racism, to the objectification of women to poverty. There is no "recommended" or "required" viewpoint--of course, work should show some recognition and consideration for these issues and a resolution thereof, which is the very premise of Renegade Writers Literary Magazine, and its namesake--rejecting complacency and taking action.

Again, work does not have to be socio-political in nature. We will publish any high-quality work of any nature. If your work widely varies from the general "purpose" of the magazine, it will be released as a "B-Side" for that issue, distinguished from the theme but given the same regard.

Unfortunately, there is currently no definite monetary compensation. However, writers and artists are heavily promoted, and there will be profit-sharing of the annual print version, which will be a high-quality, professionally-bound book.

We hope to provide a high-quality collection of writing and artwork for the reader, and a dignified treatment and respect for all participants.
