The Triumphant Return of TWENTY: For this much belated issue I won't offer up excuses, however I will offer up these TWENTY artists for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy!

~everdark - [View Gallery]
Everdark is an airbrush artist with a very surreal style. Often dabbling in sci-fi designs Everdark uses a touch of realism carefully mixed with a touch of surrealism. His gallery is definitely worth a look.

`adam1975 - [View Gallery]
Adam used to be a skinner, he even got a daily deviation on one of his skins. Until one day he picked up a camera and the rest was history. He has a great eye in choosing shots and his photographs are rapidly getting better.

~i1der - [View Gallery]
i1der is a very talented deviant who uses a good mix of freehand, 3D, photoshop, and graffiti stylings. Though some of his better work has gotten adequate attention I felt it note worthy that he is a new deviant that really should have an eye kept on him.
<img src="[link] width="115" height="70" border="0" alt="the wooden ladys return"> <img src="[link] width="115" height="95" border="0" alt="sleepyness"> <img src="[link] width="115" height="70" border="0" alt="graf sketch 1"> <img src=" [link] width="115" height="53" border="0" alt="lookwha i made">

~xpsi - [View Gallery]
xpsi has a broad spectrum of photography in his gallery ranging from macro shots to city skylines. He has quite a creative eye for angles and lighting as is evident in some of his water study shots. Keep an eye on this deviant as he is sure to have some spectacular shots in the future.

~februarymemories - [View Gallery]
februarymemories is yet another fine photographer we turned up for this issue. One thing that strikes me about this particular deviant is not only his quality of shots, but his titles for his shots. If only all of us were as creative with our titles as [fm] is.
<img src="[link] width="115" height="94" border="0" alt="wooden webs"> <img src="[link] width="115" height="94" border="0" alt="beauty in strings"> <img src=" [link] width="115" height="94" border="0" alt="chinese museum w fixed text"> <img src="[link] width="115" height="93" border="0" alt="the dancing halogens">

~dfbovey - [View Gallery]
dfbovey is a comic concept artist that also does prisma color and oil drawings and finger paintings. All of his work is very richly detailed and his whole gallery will offer something for almost anyone.

~king-kong - [View Gallery]
king-kong, a giant among apes? Perhaps a better description would be a giant among Photographers. Out of all the photographers I've featured in various issues of TWENTY, king-kong has snatched up one of the top spots, not only in my devwatch, but as one of my favorite photographers ever.
<img src="[link] width="115" height="93" border="0" alt="orbit"> <img src="[link] width="115" height="100" border="0" alt="False Colors"> <img src=" [link] width="115" height="95" border="0" alt="Loves Last Kiss"> <img src=" [link] width="115" height="97" border="0" alt="Mindless Perfection">

~thoomas - [View Gallery]
thoomas has got it down as far as realism is concerned. I hold such good freehand artists as he in very high regard. The sheer amount of detail and lifelike characteristics of his drawings speak for themselves. Sadly though his talent has gone relatively unnoticed. Lets change this shall we?
<img src="[link] width="100" height="115" border="0" alt="snow leopard"> <img src=" [link] width="114" height="115" border="0" alt="nude art"> <img src="[link] width="92" height="115" border="0" alt="Don Quijote"> <img src=" [link] width="103" height="115" border="0" alt="tiger01">

~xlagartixax - [View Gallery]
xlagartixax is a freehand artist with a wild imagination and a very skillful pen. Most of her work is of the kind that is fun to view with natures finest gifts. While there aren't much more than a handful of freehand psychedelic artists on this green thing many of us call home, she is definitely one of the best.
<img src="[link] width="84" height="115" border="0" alt="Funk Dragon"> <img src=" [link] width="115" height="92" border="0" alt="Pongo"> <img src="[link] width="92" height="115" border="0" alt="Acid Dragon in Technicolor"> <img src="[link] width="82" height="115" border="0" alt="Fat Cat With A Septum Ring">

~vega0ne - [View Gallery]
I love good graffiti. So does ~ ritzcrackaa. After some discussion we thought it to be a good idea to feature arguably the best graf artist on DA regardless of how well a handful of his work has done. With such a smooth style integrated into actual scenes I believe vega0ne's gallery is something everyone should see at least once, if not repeatedly.
<img src="[link] width="62" height="115" border="0" alt="The Green Mile"> <img src=" [link] width="115" height="90" border="0" alt="Kalte Fusion"> <img src=" [link] width="115" height="90" border="0" alt="Spuren Im Schnee"> <img src=" [link] width="115" height="90" border="0" alt="Sequal - onFire Remix">

~jen-r8r - [View Gallery]
jen-r8r has a talent for doing crazy things with photoshop, the ammount of clear detail she attains from such abstract pieces is enough to make a psychedelist such as myself green with envy, and what's more, she's good at dark manips too.
<img src="[link] width="90" height="115" border="0" alt="Pureza"> <img src="[link] width="115" height="90" border="0" alt="attack cycle begins"> <img src="[link] width="90" height="115" border="0" alt="poisoned fire"> <img src="[link] width="105" height="115" border="0" alt="out of bounds">

~creativ82 - [View Gallery]
Remember when TWENTY brought you such fractal artists as janetino and ispossible? Well pull up your most comfortable chair because here comes another one. creativ82 is definitely among the elite in fractal creations. For those of you who don't quite know what fractals are, they're made using numbers and math. You have to give fractal making a try to appreciate just how good these artists are and how much attention fractals deserve.

~doornumber13 - [View Gallery]
doornumber13 is another photographer that ~ritzcrackaa brought to my attention. During my stroll through her gallery I was amazed to see the color and light she picked up with her lens. This combined with a great eye for a good creative shot quickly earned her a space on TWENTY.
<img src="[link] width="115" height="91" border="0" alt="the fall of Christine"> <img src="[link] width="99" height="115" border="0" alt="lovely fall"> :65674: <img src="[link] width="95" height="115" border="0" alt="sometimes maybe">

~kithkin - [View Gallery]
kithkin is an abstract artist who uses a lot of photoshop filters in a non-photoshop filter look sort of way. This Canadian has a gallery full of very colorful artwork that draws you in.
<img src="[link] width="90" height="115" border="0" alt="Dreams of Dragons Fire"> <img src="[link] width="115" height="90" border="0" alt="Sitting By the Fire"> <img src="[link] width="115" height="90" border="0" alt="Here Comes the Sun"> <img src="[link] width="115" height="78" border="0" alt="Jack Frost Strikes Again">

~pondering42 - [View Gallery]
pondering42 is yet another photographer we found for this issue. The fine macro shots in his gallery made this an easy decision. He's very experimental with his lens and sometimes risks life and limb, or maybe just the threat of a sprained ankle, to get the shot he wants.
<img src="[link] width="115" height="81" border="0" alt="up too late"> <img src="[link] width="115" height="90" border="0" alt="Lights in my city"> <img src=" [link] width="115" height="90" border="0" alt="Bugs view of my city"> <img src="[link] width="115" height="90" border="0" alt="frosted icecapades">

~pr0jectz - [View Gallery]
pr0jectz is probably the most unique artist featured in this issue of TWENTY. He has a style all his own and his psychedelic imagery allows your mind to wander through each of his pieces. His work is usually very colorful and surreal. Ever had a strange dream and wondered what it would look like on paper (or screen in this instance)? pr0jectz' galley will show you exactly what it would look like.

~toe2toe - [View Gallery]
toe2toe is an Aussie bloke who takes some spectacular live action skateboarding shots, seductive, erotic photos, and fabulous snaps from live performances. The clarity of these live performance shots are what spoke to me the most as he captured the energy of the bands quite well. Poke through his gallery and you just may find a tutorial or two as well.

~sharq - [View Gallery]
Many of today's TWENTY artists were people either ~ritzcrackaa or myself knew about before hand, but what do you do when you wrote down someone's name wrong and can't find them again? You luck out and stumble across sharq, a poi spinning photographer from the UK. A very good photographer might I add. Aside from his photos, amateur photographers looking to get better in the art will find his tutorials very helpful.

~ash - [View Gallery]
We've featured a lot of photographers this issue because many great ones slip through the cracks. Many of them have some black and white shots however they don't use that as their main medium. Ash does however. I'm in no way an accomplished photographer yet but in my opinion black and white can pose many more challenges than color when done right, lighting becomes more important in the whole scheme of contrast. Ash's photos capture every day life with a splendor that only a good black and white photographer can achieve.

~augure - [View Gallery]
Our last artist is another photographer by the deviant name of augure. His water studies interested me in particular. Many photographers on DA and abroad study water. I'm a big fan of fluid macro water shots like those in augure's gallery. Go check them out.

Editorial:
Thanks for taking the time to read this fifth issue of TWENTY and we hope that many of you find your new favorite artists here. Join us for issue 06 as ~
ritzcrackaa and myself experiment with a slightly different theme for TWENTY. While it's still under speculation the plan will be to feature ten artists a piece and to set a theme. We will also welcome any suggestions you have that you email to me. (
