DeviantART has got TALENT competition- for ALL!!!!

DeviantART has a large number of artsits who consistently produce wonders with their artwork, and why not have a mini festival to celebrate artists talent. As part of this I have thought of a large competition, a little like Britain's got talent, America's got talent and the X Factor (In the UK there is a new series of the X Factor tomorrow).



This competition is open to all categories and members (including ADMINS).

How this will work is that there will be 10 rounds- people's deviations will be selected to go through to the next round.

I will be doing the judging to make it steady and smooth, but will have some advice from a few people.

The competition begins tomorrow THE 22ND OF AUGUST

The DEADLINE for the 1st round is the 12th of SEPTEMBER (so not long)



What am I looking for. Something unique in your specialised category of art, the more it is and not what you normally see on DeviantART will give you a higher chance of winning. (this competition is open to all genres of art!! and everyone!!)

Deviations can not be before of June 2009!!!!!

TO SUBMIT YOUR PIECE PLEASE SEND A NOTE TO ME WITH THE SUBJECT AS "DAGT SUBMISSION" !!!!!!


I will add every submission to a fav gallery for you to see on my profile!!


I WOULD HEAVILLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU KEEP AN EYE ON MY FUTURE JOURNALS WHICH WILL HAVE ALL THE UP TO DATE INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPETITION!!!


PRIZES, TBC (if you can give any features or subscription prizes it would be most welcome!!!

I will contact as many Deviants as I can to help publicise this COMP and for Journal features, as well as all the admins, if they can help a little too.

I MAY BROADCAST THE WINNERS LIVE VIA VIDEO TO DeviantART ANNOUNCING WHO THE WINNERS ARE! or who knows THE DA ADMINS too, like they did with their birthday, if they agree.

I would recommend that you submit near the 12th of September instead of right now, so you have time to think about what you would like to submit and create a fantastic piece of art.
