Whether you're fully familiar with the basis of this prompt, or this is your first time hearing about the prompt, welcome!

The PhotoLit Prompt, as its title suggests, is designed to inspire both literature and photography. The design of the prompt is to use a selection of photography to inspire original literature and a selection literature to inspire original photography. And now, we have enough pieces and are organized enough to launch the project.

Participants' deviations will be featured in my journal and will be seen by all others who participate. So, the more people you get to check out the products, the more traffic your work will get! Spread the word!

Guidelines

If you're a writer participating in the prompt, refer to the "Literature" section. If you're a photographer, refer to the "Photography" section.

Literature
1. Click on the link to the "Galerie de L'inspiration," located below.
2. Select a photo (preferably at random).
3. Use the photo to inspire a work of literature, be it prose, poetry, essay, etc.
4. When your piece is finished, polished, and ready to go, upload it to Community Projects > Projects & Clubs > Photolit Inspiration*.
5. When you upload your deviation, make sure to link to the inspiring deviation and to the page of the deviant who created it.

Photography
1. Click on the link to the "Galerie de L'inspiration," located below.
2. Select a piece of literature (preferably at random).
3. Use the literature to inspire a photo.
4. When your piece is finished, polished, and ready to go, upload it to Community Projects > Projects & Clubs > Photolit Inspiration*.
5. When you upload your deviation, make sure to link to the inspiring deviation and to the page of the deviant who created it.
