I had just recently bought the magazine "Successful Photography" April 2003 issue. Inside listed a slew of conferences where you can bring your photography portfolios and have them reviewed by photo buyers and gain lots of exposure. Below is a list of the upcoming portfolio conferences held throughout the nation.

FotoFest 2004 The main focus of FotoFest 2004 is "water as a global resource for inspiration for personal creative expression." This conference is held in Houston, Texas.

Photo Americas This conferance takes place in Portland, Oregon between the dates of April 9-12th 2003.

Photo San Francisco/Photo L.A. Sponosored by The Stephen Cohen Gallery, this conference is held annually and include works done by world-reknown photographers such as: Ansel Adams, Alvarez Bravo, Imogen Cunngingham, Man Ray, Josef Sudek, and many others as well.

Review Santa Fe As quoted from what is written in the magazine article, "Review Santa Fe this year becomes the first and only juried portfolio review event in the country and is the only review event that offers scholorships." The event date is for July 11th-13th.

American Vision Held by The Society for Photographic Education in Austin, Texas on March 20th-23rd.
